Today I enjoyed the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie (30 Avenue Corentin Cariou) in Paris.

Based on my experience, I think this museum is aimed toward a younger audience. There was an entire floor dedicated toward youths and I know that I, as a kid, would have enjoyed it immensely.

There was a lot to see for any age group. They explained scientific, mathematical, astronomical and other scientific laws and phenomena in visual and simple ways that were easy to understand which I though was really interesting. There was also a section dedicated toward sociology and anthropology that was aimed at helping kids and anyone really, understand global ideas that affect humans.

The exhibition during my visit was themed toward psychology. There were the same style visual representations of scientific discoveries in the psychological field as well as some personality, psychopathological and "brain hack" explanations. It was an interesting exhibit and I really appreciated how they made complex ideas easy to understand, but with my degree in psychology, it was hardly new information for me.

My absolute favorite part of this museum was the planetarium. I watched a simple show that described how the universe was structured and pointed out a few stars and systems but I was blown away. The graphics were seamless and I felt as if I were staring at the stars. I know that's the entire purpose of a planetarium but I was really impressed nonetheless.
